Shipping policy

You are responsible for declaring and arranging your courier service (such as Grab, Lalamove, etc.).

Llana's Cheesecakes will not assume liability for the goods during shipping or transport.

We advise reserving four-wheeled vehicles or cars to transport our cheesecakes, as motorcycle rides can be rough and potentially damage the cake. If you still prefer motorcycle couriers, please ensure they use an insulated box for additional security.

Refund and Return Policy

Refunds

Refunds are not allowed once a payment has been made for our products and services.

Any damages or delay after the product has been dispatched will not be held against us.

Returns

We are not liable for any damages or losses from improperly handling or storing perishable items (e.g., Cheesecakes) after delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to follow instructions for proper storage and consumption.

Returns will not be accepted. However, if there are any issues with the quality of the products received, please contact us to discuss possible solutions.

Cancellation of Orders

We have the right to cancel orders, including but not limited to the following reasons:

  • Prior communication with the us
  • Upon breach of Terms/Conditions of Service

You now agree to the following cancellation procedures:

  • We will contact you as soon as possible
  • We will ask for substitutes that are close to the cancelled product.
  • We will fully refund the order afterwhich, you may choose to order again or cancel it.
  • Any further inquiries regarding the cancellation will be communicated via the live text support chat or through llanaa.ph@gmail.com

Payment and Discount Policy

Payment Policy

You now adhere to the terms and conditions/policies provided by Paymongo upon payment.

With this agreement, you agree that according to the Refund and Return Policies, once a payment has been made, you are no longer eligible for refunds. For any inquiries, please contact us using the contact information provided below.

Persons with Disability (PWD) and Senior Citizen Discounts

Eligible individuals under RA No. 9994 (Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010) and RA No. 10754 (Act Expanding the Benefits and Privileges of PWDs) are entitled to discounts stated by the law.

Individuals must present a valid and current identification card issued for Persons With Disabilities (PWD) or Senior Citizens.

Qualified PWDs and Senior Citizens are entitled to a 20% discount on the total cost of goods and services consumable by the individual, as mandated by the law.

The discount may not apply to items or services already on sale, promotional offers, or items exempted by law. Unless expressly stated, the discount cannot be combined with other discounts or privileges.

The discount is non-transferable and may only be availed by the qualified PWD or Senior Citizen cardholder. Misuse or unauthorized use of the discount may result in legal action.

To avail the PWD discount, users are required to create an account on the website and submit the necessary documents on the settings page.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions as we see fit. By using this Website, you are expected to review these terms regularly.

Terms and Conditions apply immediately throughout the website after changes have been made.
